In the United States, we are blessed with freedoms that many parts of the world do not experience.
As we celebrate our Independence Day on July 4, we are reminded to celebrate and cherish those things that our country stands for: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness among them.

One of the many elements we experience in the United States is the freedom to learn. We have free access to so much, from our local libraries to easy access to the Internet. I personally experienced quality education in the public school system, and my sons had the option to open enroll at a variety of schools, but we were blessed to have one of the best schools in the nation as our “home school” and they both thrived there.
In Tanzania, our Kilimanjaro Kidz have been given an uncommon freedom by YOU, our supporters and sponsors. They are being given the ultimate ticket to freedom, a quality formative education that sets them up for infinitely more choices of what to become.
Thank you for sharing the fruits of YOUR freedom with these precious students. On their behalf, we thank you and ask that God continue to bless and protect you, all of the days of your life!
Meet the Kidz

Jambo! My name is Deborah. I am 7 years old, and I go to Ursula English Medium School. I am a little shy, but I am learning from my two older sisters who are also sponsored to be brave. (Deborah’s father, Paul, was one of the crew who helped Amy, Dawna, and Stephanie make it to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro!)
2024 Funding: A Critical Time
We will be paying school fees in September. With a few students needing replacement sponsors, and 10 new children on the wait list, we are determined to find those ready to help, either by fully sponsoring or as partial sponsors.
$900 per year, just $75/month, covers not only the tuition for the year, but also health insurance, school supplies, uniforms, books, transportation to and from school, and two meals each school day. If you want to help, but don’t feel that amount is achievable right now, we’ve ADDED OPTIONS for partial sponsorships for as little as $25 per month. And we continue to welcome one-time donations in ANY amount, as they contribute to the whole of what we do.
If you haven’t yet sponsored and would like to, or you are a sponsor and want to give an extra one-time contribution, please visit the How You Can Help page and donate today! Our students, who range in age from 4 to 19, are so thankful for having their education secured, and removing a huge burden from their family’s daily concerns.
